When booking with Tiara Mehndi the normal process is as follows:
Initial contact with the client. This is when we start building a relationship and establishing the needs of our customer and how best to meet them. To get the most out of this stage it is useful to have as much information for your event possible, so we can provide you with an accurate quote. For bridal clients this stage does include an optional consultation, and can be used to use to discuss various design ideas. However draft designs will only be developed once the booking has been confirmed.
- Once the services and pricing have been agreed a Reservation Email is sent to the client containing a full summary of the booking. We will also request a deposit* at this stage to secure the booking.
- When the deposit has been received we will send out a Booking Confirmation Email. If there have been any changes to the booking the email will be updated to include them. For bridal clients we will only start drafting their designs in this stage.
*The deposit is 50% of the final booking and will only be refundable in the case of Tiara Mehndi cancelling the booking. The deposit is redeemable against the final booking. Please note the booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
